Frank Skinner revealed that he would 'never do the show again' after describing his experience on Celebrity Gogglebox on a recent podcast episode.

The radio star appeared in an episode of Celebrity Gogglebox alongside David Baddiel but didn't enjoy the experience.

‘You know when I said I didn’t enjoy doing the gig on the Isle of Man? Well, it was a glorious pleasure compared to filming Gogglebox,’ he said during an episode of Frank Off The Radio: The Frank Skinner Podcast, before saying he would 'never do the show again'.

The TV star continued, ‘There’s a place in Wareham in Dorset called Monkey World, and it’s beautiful because they’re often monkeys that have been rescued from unkindness on the continent, and a lot of Spanish, in particular, there’s a thing of having your photo taken with a monkey.

‘The way to make them behave – and you can see this when you get close – is they’ve got cigarette burns on their skin that they use to make them do what they want them to do. And doing Gogglebox was a very similar experience.’

Frank's problem with the show was that he claimed the show's producers were heavily involved while he was filming. The TV star went on to say, 'We’re sitting watching TV, and we start talking, and a voice says, 'Say something about his jacket.'

'Then it would stop, and they’d say 'Can you not go into digressions, it’s funny if you keep it close to what’s actually happening. And pretty soon, I’m thinking, 'Just please make this stop. And when I left – I’d made it pretty clear in a politer way – I said 'Sorry, I thought this was going to be like enjoyable'.'

Frank did praise the show in the episode, saying, 'But to be fair to them, they know how to make it - they've been making it for years. The producer was a really nice guy, they were nice people, they got me fish and chips.'

He then added, 'But they've been working with a lot of non-professionals on Gogglebox, who probably need a lot of guidance. Why change a winning formula? I think it's quite helpful as you get older and you've got less time, to within a couple of weeks discover two things that you know you'll never do again.'

Celebrity Gogglebox fans were in hysterics after Shaun Ryder made a blunder with his pronunciation of a well-known chocolate brand. 

In the latest instalment of Celebrity Gogglebox (which aired Friday 5th July), Shaun responds to a segment on The Yorkshire Vet, where an unwell Cocker Spaniel was found to have a heap of chocolate wrappers in her stomach. 

The chocolates in question were Cadbury's Heroes and several Ferrero Rochers. Shaun responded by saying, 'Oh look! Ferecho Raris or whatever they're called. Wrapped in that thing' - much to the amusement of viewers. 

'If Ferrecho-Raris isn't trending on Twitter by now the world's f***d God bless Shaun Ryder!' wrote one fan. 

While another wrote, 'Feresho-Ferraris'. 

While others pointed out the serious undertone of the conversation, with another saying, 'Takes me back to the time my dog ate a whole box of after eights with wrappers.'

The exchange was the latest amusing moment from duo Bez and Shaun, who regularly receive praise from fans for their exchanges.

Shaun and Bez, who are best known for being part of the rock bands Happy Mondays and Black Grape, are a big hit with viewers, with many calling for them to have their own show. 

'Shaun Ryder and Bez are hilarious and adorable,' wrote one fan on the social media platform. 

While another said, 'I don’t often watch Gogglebox but tonight’s #celebritygogglebox genuinely made me belly laugh. Especially Shaun Ryder chasing Benz [Bez] around for a hug.'

Celebrity Gogglebox fans noticed something had changed about Joe Swash's appearance last night as he sat alongside his wife Stacey Soloman. 

In last night's episode of Celebrity Gogglebox (which aired Friday 28th June), we saw the couple snuggled up on the sofa in their cosy Pickle Cottage home, and viewers were quick to speculate that Joe's teeth looked somewhat different.

'Has Joe Swash borrowed a pair of Stacey's spare teeth?' wrote one fan on X (formerly Twitter).

While another commented, 'Whats happened to Joe Swash' teeth?! He had lovely teef [teeth].'

While another asked, 'Has Joe got new teeth?'

Others were complimentary about the celebrity couple, with another writing, 'Joe and Stacy are relationship goals!' referring to the pair's easy banter. 

Celebrity Gogglebox fans also noticed something unusual about Stacey's appearance on the Channel 4 show.

'Stacey Solomon seemed to be cuddling a duck!' wrote one fan on X.

While another wrote, 'Am I going mad or is Stacey Solomon cuddling a duck?'

And a third said, 'Stacey has, I think, a duck in a blanket? I need an explanation please.'

Joe's wife Stacey opened up about her husband's cosmetic dentistry, telling her Instagram followers earlier this year, "He [Joe] went out and got his teeth done and came back and expected me to be normal about it."

Before continuing, "He didn't even discuss it with his wife. Just went out and did it. 

"Now, I'm not in control of Joe's body, he can do what he likes with his body, but how dare he do something without telling me."

During the Celebrity Gogglebox episode, Joe said in reference to his new teeth, "I think they look quite nice personally."

And Stacey replied, "I thought they looked amazing already."

The couple also opened up about how they no longer sleep in the same room, with Stacey saying to Joe, We used to sleep in bed together, remember that?" 

To which Joe replied, "So I'll go in Rex's bed with the baby then shall I?" 

And Stacey added, "That's what happens isn't it, babe?"

Celebrity Gogglebox fans have taken to social media to tell off Rylan Clark after he pointed out her mispronunciation of a common word. 

The TV presenter and his mum first appeared on the Channel 4 show in 2019 and are one of the most popular double acts. 

On last night's episode of Celebrity Gogglebox (which aired Friday 21st June), the duo got into an argument when Linda said she needed some medication for some hayfever and Rylan corrected how she said "antihistamine", making her repeat it until she got it right. 

"I'm not stupid, so stop trying to make it sound like I am!" said Linda. To which Ryan replied, "I'm not, I'm just trying to set you right. Antihistamine."

Viewers were quick to comment on the exchange, with one writing on X (formerly Twitter), 'Anyone else wish Rylan would stop humiliating his mum, mine would slap me if i kept doing it lol.'

While another replied, 'I agree. It’s getting a bit excessive and it doesn’t feel like it’s nice for her.'

And another wrote, 'Rylan never stops humiliating his poor mother. Why does she put up with it?'

But many fans saw the funny side, with Gogglebox viewers singing Rylan's mum Linda's praises after her appearance on the show.

'Love the relationship between Rylan and his mum. So nice to see Linda looking so well,' wrote another viewer of the Channel 4 show. 

To which another fan replied, 'Anti-rist-amine' alongside three laughing faces, referring to the conversation between mother and son. 

The duo are back on screens after his mum took some time out to recover from a fall, much to the delight of viewers. Gogglebox fans have previously commented on how much they enjoy watching the pair, with some even calling for them to have their own show.

In the latest instalment of Celebrity Gogglebox (which aired Friday 14th June) Shaun and Bez, who are best known for being part of the rock bands Happy Mondays and Black Grape, stole the show, with viewers calling for them to have their own show. 

'Hands down, Shaun and Bez absolutely boss Celebrity Gogglebox and they need their own show!!' wrote one fan. 

While another said, 'I could just watch Bez and Shaun Ryder all day on #celebrityGogglebox all the others are just bit parts to the main attraction. 

'Different class.'

While another wrote, 'Whichever channel gives Bez and Shaun their own show is on to a winner.'

Elsewhere in the show, comedians Mo Gilligan and Babatunde Aléshé gave a shoutout to EastEnders legend Ross Kemp during the episode.  

"Man like Ross Kemp," said Babatunde while Ross was on screen. "Come on!" agreed Mo. 

"Original gangster, bruv," Babatunde concluded.

EastEnders star Bobby Brazier has joined the Celebrity Gogglebox SUTC special along with his dad, TV presenter Jeff Brazier.

Bobby, who is the son of late TV star Jade Goody, has become a huge fan-favourite playing cheeky teen Freddie Slater since joining the soap last year.

He's currently showing off his fancy footwork in Strictly Come Dancing 2023, but now he's set to take a well-earned break on his sofa as he critiques the week's TV alongside his famous dad Jeff.

Gogglebox announced the news that Bobby and Jeff completed tonight's line-up on Instagram.

Sharing an image of the pair laughing on the sofa, they captioned the post: "Tonight's the night! Completing tonight's line up we have @jeffbrazier and @bobbybrazier 🤩 Don't miss them on our very special edition of #Gogglebox for @SU2CUK 🙌"

Bobby is currently on a short break from EastEnders as he takes time out of his busy filming schedule to compete in Strictly Come Dancing, but he will return in the not-too-distant future.

The lead-up to his temporary exit saw Freddie save Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) from terrifying stalker Theo Hawthorne (William Ellis) after he walked in on the twisted teacher trying to rape her.

Desperate to protect her, Freddie attacked Theo in a fit of rage with an iron, leaving him in a pool of blood and fighting for his life.

Following the attack, Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) walked in on the crime scene and attempted to make it look like Freddie acted in self defence by fabricating evidence.

However, Freddie was arrested by the police for attempted murder and was taken away in a police car. 

To the relief of the Slaters, Freddie was released on bail and his final scene saw him drive off in the back of a taxi to go and stay with his mum Little Mo Slater (Kacey Ainsworth). 

Celebrity Gogglebox for SU2C 2023 part one airs on Channel 4 at 8.30 pm on Friday, November 3, running until 9 pm.

Part two airs the same evening on Channel 4 at 9.30 pm.

Jane McDonald is among the star-studded cast of Channel 4's Celebrity Gogglebox 2023 and she has delighted fans with a rare behind-the-scenes photo.

Fans might be used to seeing Jane travel the world, as she is best known for her self-titled Cruising series and has recently starred in Jane McDonald's Magical Morocco, Cape Verde with Jane McDonald, and The Seychelles with Jane McDonald. 

Outside of this, Jane recently presented The British Soap Awards 2023 so she's been quite busy recently and deserves some time to put her feet up!

She's done exactly that, starring in the latest season of Celebrity Gogglebox alongside her best friend Sue Ravey, where they've been entertaining fans on Friday evenings as they watch the latest trending TV shows.

Jane has been friends with Sue for years, and she was her backing singer for a while, so she's very familiar with the star's career.

But fans were delighted when she took to Instagram to share a behind-the-scenes photo of her time on Celebrity Gogglebox, alongside some of the cast and crew that help bring the show to life. 

In her caption, she wrote: "With the fantastic Celebrity Gogglebox film crew! Next episode Friday 21st on @channel4 at 9pm @c4gogglebox"

Among the comments on Jane's update were fans calling for her and Sue to get their own TV show, so it's clear they've already won the hearts of fans everywhere during their time on the popular Channel 4 show.

Meanwhile, fans were obsessed with Jane's home in a previous episode of Celebrity Gogglebox, and it proved to be rather distracting with eagle-eyed viewers noticing a few details. 

Although they were watching Jane and Sue give their thoughts on programs, they couldn't help but peak what was going on in the background.

It was her garden in particular that interested fans, with one taking to Twitter and writing: "Shot of blinging Mediterranean-style garden and the narration 'In Wakefield…' It can only be Jane McDonald’s house."

Another agreed, adding: "Jane McDonald's garden in Wakefield, complete with fairy lights and palm trees is EXACTLY how I imagined Jane's garden."

Celebrity Gogglebox saw some of our favourite celebs return to screens to give their thoughts on the TV highlights from the week.  

The Channel 4 show returned on Friday night with some new viewers in the mix, including the band N-Dubs, which is comprised of Tulisa Contostavlos, Fazer and Dappy.

But Celebrity Gogglebox viewers had a strong reaction to how little screen time the trio got, after they were only on screens for mere seconds at the beginning of the episode. 

'Sad times that n-dubz were sown for about 30 seconds,' wrote one fan on Twitter.

While another said, 'Guys honestly where are N-Dubz in this episode?'

Viewers were clearly excited to see N-Dubz on screen ahead of the event, with another writing, 'Gogglebox time N-Dubz.'

While another said, 'Loved Dappy from N-Dubz contributions to #CelebrityGogglebox tonight.'

But it's clear they'd like to see a lot more of the stars on the show. 'Would've preferred to see a lot more of @ndubz on @C4Gogglebox, but think I may have to start that Idris Elba series thanks to Gogglebox!!

It was quite an eventful night for Gogglebox viewers who also saw TV presenter Zoe Ball embarrass her son Woody Cook. 

She shared a story about her son, who said, "I remember when I found the first condom in your bin and thinking, 'he's a man'."

Celebrity Gogglebox stars had mixed feelings on the reactions to dark comedy film Cocaine Bear, with some finding it hilarious and others frightened by the clip. 

Last night's episode of Celebrity Gogglebox (aired Friday, 30th June 2023) saw famous faces take to the sofa to watch some the recent TV highlights, including Elton John’s farewell UK performance at Glastonbury, Idris Elba’s new Apple TV+ show Hijack, reality series Below Deck and the Antiques Roadshow.

Some Gogglebox fans were entertained by the reactions to the film, with one writing, 'I didn’t know how much I needed to see Jane McDonald watching Cocaine Bear.'

While another said, agreeing, 'I could’ve had the whole episode of them watching Cocaine Bear tbh.'

But others took the opportunity to say how much they didn't like the film, with another writing, 'Cocaine Bear is one of the most stupid films i've ever had the displeasure of watching.'

Celebrity Gogglebox 2023 has added three new celebrities to the line-up as they take their seats on the sofa from tomorrow night at 9pm (Friday, June 30).

Celebrity Gogglebox recently returned with its fifth season as more famous faces became armchair critics critiquing the week's TV, including Jane McDonald, Adam Lambert, Beverley Knight, Chris Packham and more.

Now, it has since been announced that Strictly Come Dancing stars Richie Anderson and Ellie Simmonds will be swapping the ballroom for the living room as they join the Celebrity Gogglebox line-up tomorrow night.

The official Gogglebox Twitter page shared: "Waltzing their way to #CelebrityGogglebox from the #Strictly Ballroom, give a warm welcome to @EllieSimmonds1 and @richie_anderson ! Catch them tomorrow at 9pm, @Channel4."

Also joining Richie and Ellie is Countdown star Susie Dent who will be appearing alongside her friend Gyles Brandreth.

Sharing the news, Gogglebox announced: "Joining @GylesB1 this week is his podcast friend and Dictionary Corner superstar, the one and only @susie_dent Friday, 9pm @Channel4."

The celebrities are just a few of the new arrivals as Celebrity Gogglebox welcomed a number of additions to the couch this year, including Davina McCall and her partner Michael Douglas, comedian Katherine Ryan and her husband Bobby Koostra, TV presenter and singer Jane McDonald, Springwatch host Chris Packham and his step-daughter Megan McCubbin, singer Tom Grennan and his dad Martin, and The Royle Family stars Sue Johnston and Ricky Tomlinson.

The episode of Celebrity Googlebox (which aired Friday, 16 June 2023) saw a star-studded lineup of new and returning stars, such as Nick and Liv Grimshaw, Shaun Ryder, Clare Balding, Alice Arnold, Martin and Roman Kemp, Rob Beckett and Tom Allen. 

Jane was a key feature on the show, appearing alongside best friend Sue, enjoying a typical girl's night in. 

'Obsessed with Jane McDonald’s back garden,' wrote one fan on Twitter about Jane's pretty garden.

That sees host and team leader Paddy McGuinness joined by Beverley Callard, Anton Ferdinand, Kimberly Wyatt, Chris Hughes, David Ginola, Charley Boorman, GK Barry, Fats Timbo and Victoria Pendleton as they attempt a world-first relay highwire walk 100ft above the London Stadium — home of the 2012 Olympics and Paralympics — in aid of SU2C

Celebrity Gogglebox aired earlier this year and you can stream all six episodes via Channel 4.

Celebrity Gogglebox 2023 had some new arrivals on the couch, including Davina McCall and her partner Michael Douglas.

Comedian Katherine Ryan and her husband Bobby Koostra also joined the line-up, along with TV presenter and singer Jane McDonald, who shared the news on Instagram.

Sharing a montage of pictures with her best friend Sue, she said: "I'm going to be appearing on Celebrity Gogglebox with my best friend Sue — it's going to be an absolute blast! We’ve shared some unforgettable moments over the years but I am really looking forward to spending time together on this wonderful show. @c4gogglebox."

Newcomers Springwatch host Chris Packham and his step-daughter Megan McCubbin also voiced their opinions, as well as singer Tom Grennan who was joined by his dad Martin.

The Royle Family stars Sue Johnston and Ricky Tomlinson, actor Stephen Mangan and his sister Anita were also some new faces who joined the Gogglebox family, as well as models Leomie Anderson and Munroe Bergdorf.

Other new celebrities included political journalist Alastair Campbell and his comedian daughter Grace Campbell, singing sensations Beverley Knight and Adam Lambert, Gyles Brandreth and Countdown star Susie Dent, Strictly Come Dancing stars Richie Anderson and Ellie Simmonds and MasterChef judge Gregg Wallace with radio host Greg James.

All Saints singer Nicole Appleton and her son Gene Gallagher were also announced as part of the line-up, as well as N-Dubz members Tulisa Contostavlos, Fazer and Dappy. 

Singer Rita Ora and her sister Elena Ora, Dragon's Den stars Peter Jones and Deborah Meaden and comedian Jamali Maddix and Guz Khan also participated in Celebrity Gogglebox.

Returning stars include Rob Beckett and Tom Allen, Big Zuu, Hyder and Tubsey, Paul Sinha and his husband Olly, Nick Grimshaw and his niece Liv, Happy Mondays stars Shaun Ryder and Bez, father and son duo Martin and Roman Kemp, married couple Clare Balding and Alice Arnold and Gok Wan and Fern Cotton.

Just like the main series Gogglebox 2022, this year's roster of celebs are watching everything from gritty dramas, entertainment highlights and the biggest news stories that have appeared on the telly.

There are plenty of stars appearing in the latest series, including the return of Rylan and his mum Linda and the new duo of Eurovision superstar Sam Ryder and Radio 1 DJ, Scott Mills! Plus Countdown legend Carol Vorderman has made her debut.

Denise van Outen has returned to the sofa with a new person on the couch after her split from her partner, Eddie Boxshall. Instead, she is joined by her best friend, Duncan James. 

TV presenter Rylan Clark is with his mum Linda. Other stars include Nick and Liv Grimshaw, Shaun Ryder and Bez, Micah Richards and Jamie Carragher, Martin and Roman Kemp, Mo Gilligan and Babatunde Aléshé and Mel C and her brother Paul.

One celeb we know we won't be seeing in this series is Coronation Street actress, Maureen Lipman. 

Although she replaced Dame Sheila Hancock (who was paired up with Gyles Brandreth) back in 2020, Maureen announced in December 2021 that she would be leaving the show, citing the producers failing to appreciate her sense of humor as her reasoning.

Carol Voderman has also joined the series.

Heartstopper's main cast is joining the star-studded Celebrity Gogglebox line-up for the latest season where they'll be giving their opinions in a special Pride episode.

The hit Netflix series Heartstopper charmed so many fans across the world as we saw rugby player  Nick Nelson (Kit Connor) fall in love with his classmate Charlie Spring (Joe Locke) in an unlikely romance that changed the course of their lives forever.

In the series, Joe and Kit were joined by actors Yasmin Finney and William Gao, who played Elle and Tao, two of Joe's friends who are starting to fall in love with each other and fans are hoping to see more of their story in Heartstopper season 2.

Now though, the cast is swapping high school for the Celebrity Gogglebox 2022 couch where they'll be joining fellow celebs to give their honest opinions about the hottest TV shows right now and sometimes even news coverage too!

TV critic and broadcaster Scott Bryan exclusively revealed a clip of the group in the upcoming episode where they're looking at snacks with Yasmin exclaiming: "eww that's disgusting!". We'll have to tune in to see what they were so horrified about, and that's before they've even started watching any TV.

They're not the only ones taking part in the Pride special though as Steps stars H, Claire Richards, and Faye Tozer are also joining the line-up as well as Rylan Clark-Neal and his mum Linda, Nick Grimshaw and his niece Liv, Clare Balding and her wife Alice Arnold, and Denise Van Outen with Blue star Duncan James.

Meanwhile, Countdown icon Carol Vorderman recently made her Celebrity Gogglebox debut alongside co-star and friend Gyles Brandreth. Carol also this week told Lorraine Kelly on her show that she was unlikely to be taking the Countdown job.

Carol Vorderman has joined the Celebrity Gogglebox line-up where she'll be watching the latest TV shows alongside long-time friend and former Countdown co-star Gyles Brandreth.

She's joining some great stars in Celebrity Gogglebox 2022, including Rylan and his mum Linda and the new duo of Eurovision superstar Sam Ryder and Radio 1 DJ, Scott Mills.

In an Instagram update confirming the news, she wrote: "So I'm making my debut this Friday 9pm on one of my favourite shows of all time and joining the @c4gogglebox gang....with my friend of 40 years @gylesbrandreth....

"Watch this week and let me know if you agree....we're a bit vocal 😂😂....no holds barred 😂😂😂😂🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️"

Meanwhile, Gyles Brandreth added: "A hot night in my house … my friend ⁦⁩Carol Vorderman has popped round to watch the box with me. We’re having fun! And lots of it. I love ⁦⁩ - #CelebrityGogglebox this Friday at 9.00 pm. Join us if you can."

Carol Vorderman worked alongside Gyles Brandreth on Countdown, where the latter appeared on the famous Dictionary Corner while Carol worked on the numbers round, so this is a nice reunion for the Channel 4 stars — and fans!

The hugely popular star had previously teased she had a big project lined up, which led to rumors she might be returning to Countdown as its new host. It would have been great to see Carol as the host of the show she made her name on and you never know perhaps she will be the new presenter!

However, for now, Carol is instead heading to the Celebrity Gogglebox sofa.

We're expecting to see big shows like Netflix hit Stranger Things season 4 and BBC drama Sherwood talked about in Friday's episode. Whatever is big on TV, the gang will be chatting about it.

Celebrity Gogglebox has gained two new stars ahead of the new series as Eurovision star Sam Ryder and BBC Radio 1 DJ Scott Mills have joined the lineup.

Sam Ryder has been in high demand ever since he came in second place as the UK representative at Eurovision 2022 with his hit song, "SPACE MAN" last month. 

Now, it's been reported by Metro that he'll be joining the Celebrity Gogglebox lineup, where he'll be sharing the sofa with DJ and Eurovision commentator, Scott Mills.

This news comes shortly after Sam professed his love for the main Channel 4 show. When he appeared on Zoe Ball's Radio 2 show, Sam said: "We're having a very normal lovely curry as soon as I get home while watching the telly. I just want to watch Gogglebox and it's going to be weird cause we'll be on it."

Sam and Scott are the latest celebrity duo to have joined the lineup, following in the footsteps of former Strictly Come Dancing winners Bill Bailey and Oti Mabuse. 

In other Celebrity Gogglebox news, Denise Van Outen will be returning to the show alongside her best friend, Blue singer Duncan James after splitting from her partner, Eddie Boxshall.

Some exciting changes have been made to the Celebrity Gogglebox lineup ahead of the latest series on Channel 4.

The star-studded series is due to return just as Gogglebox 2022 is winding down, and we've now learned has now confirmed who will be joining Denise van Outen on her to replace her ex, Eddie Boxshall, after their split in January.

OK! reported that the musical theatre star will be joined by none other than her best friend and Blue singer, Duncan James, who is thought to be appearing alongside her for the foreseeable future.

The boyband member announced the news in an Instagram story, writing: "Can't wait to start filming @c4gogglebox with my bestie @vanouten_denise" alongside a picture of the two of them holding glasses of fizz.

In other big Celebrity Gogglebox news, Rylan Clark has revealed that he will be making his comeback to the show alongside his mum, Linda. The dynamic duo became big presences in previous seasons of the celeb spin-off but they had to step away for the previous series due to Linda's ill health. 

However, Rylan has confirmed that they are both back on Twitter. He shared a photo of him smiling and holding up a TV remote alongside Linda, confirming the show's return on June 10.

His news has been well-received by Gogglebox fans, as loads of viewers replied letting him know how thrilled they were. One wrote: "Happy days! Your mum is a Legend! My mum loves your mum", whilst another commented: "Get in! Mumma Linda is back! We missed you both."

These aren't the only changes that have been made since the last series of Celebrity Gogglebox. 

Maureen Lipman replaced Dame Sheila Hancock opposite Gyles Brandreth back in 2020, but the Coronation Street star announced in December that she would no longer be taking part in the show as the producers failed to appreciate her sense of humor.

Whilst she has quit the show, Maureen did hint to the Radio Times that she expected Gyles would continue to appear in the show, saying: "I'm sure they'll put someone else with Gyles."

Celebrity Gogglebox is coming to Channel 4 at 9 pm on Friday, June 10.

Tonight's Celebrity Gogglebox will welcome RuPaul's Drag Race UK legends Graham Norton and Michelle Visage to judge some of the most popular programmes that everyone's talking about lately.

The exciting news was confirmed on Michelle's Instagram account where she shared a photo of the duo, writing: "SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS!"

Fans are very excited to see Graham and Michelle joining the Celebrity Gogglebox line-up this week, with plenty sharing their thoughts in the comments. One fan wrote: "Can this just be a whole show?!?"

Another added: "Two of my most favourite people!! Yaaaaas" and a third wrote: "Defo going to be a great watch".

As well as this, the Drag Race UK season 3 contestants were excited at the news with Charity Kase simply writing "yasss" and Kitty Scott-Claus adding: "THIS IS EVERYTHING".

Graham and Michelle are known for their brutal honesty when it comes to judging drag performances and looks, so no doubt they'll be able to bring the same energy when it comes to TV criticism!

They'll be joining a great line-up of guests for this week's Celebrity Gogglebox including Michael Sheen and partner Anna Lundberg, who fans will recognise from lockdown comedy Staged.

Matt Lucas will appear along with his mum Diana, and comedians Aisling Bea and Rob Delaney will also be casting a critical eye on some of the biggest programmes, meaning there's an interesting mix of people this time around. 

Programmes included in this episode are The Great British Bake Off, Countdown, Squid Game, Made in Chelsea, The Mating Game and Sex Actually with Alice Levine. So no doubt there'll be some very mixed reactions among our celebrity armchair critics!

Celebrity Gogglebox will welcome EastEnders and Drag Race stars to their lineup, as part of C4's latest Black to Front initiative. 

Speaking about the initiative, C4 said: "On September 10 Channel 4 will broadcast programming featuring  Black presenters, actors, writers and experts, contributors, and programme-makers.

"We are doing this as part of our remit to represent and champion under-represented audiences and communities, Channel 4 is the first and only broadcaster that could make such a significant commitment to bringing new creative ideas, stories, people and points of view to the UK audience."

Taking part in this exciting new project is model Jourdan Dunn, disability activist Kimmy Soko, and EastEnders' Rudolph Walker who'll be helping to amplify Black voices and talent when the special kicks off on September 10.

Rudolph Walker and Tameka Empson, EastEnders star Patrick Trueman and Kim Fox — and Drag Race UK's Tia Kofi and Tayce will be taking on the role of armchair critics where they'll be offering their own commentary on some of the nation's biggest TV programmes.

The exciting news was confirmed via a series of tweets using the official Black to Front hashtags, keeping the audience up to date with what to expect from this special evening of programming.

Diversity stars Ashley Banjo, Jordan Banjo and Perri Kiely are taking part too, best known for their appearance on the much-loved talent show Britain's Got Talent. This all-star line-up aims to shine a light on Black voices and talent, where they'll be giving their honest opinions on what they're watching.

Celebrity Gogglebox has welcomed plenty of great stars since it first aired in 2013, with memorable guests including Gyles Brandreth, Emilia Fox, Denise Van Outen, Stacey Solomon, and more, with these new guests adding to the line-up.

Black to Front will be taking over Channel 4 throughout the day on September 10th, and you can read more about the line-up here. 

Celebrity Gogglebox will welcome Ed Sheeran to the sofa in a new episode, where he'll join fellow pop legend Anne-Marie instead of her usual viewing partner Tom Jones. Ed and Anne-Marie will feature on Friday's (6 July) episode, with the news confirmed on Twitter.

The official Gogglebox account wrote: "@annemarie is back and joined by another music legend, @edsheeran ! Join us as this pair really do some Thinking Out Loud NEXT FRIDAY on brand new #CelebrityGogglebox, 9pm on Channel 4"

The new episode will be a reunion for the duo, who have toured together in the past and are also good friends in real life. Speaking to The Sun, Anne-Marie said: "I've asked one of my best friends, Ed Sheeran, to join me on Gogglebox."

She added that they would often watch things together, saying: "I haven't seen him in real life for so, so long and when we used to hang out, we would always watch lots of TV. So, it will be like old times. I can't wait."

Ed will be stepping in for The Voice UK and musical legend Tom Jones, though the broadcaster hasn't revealed why he won't be appearing on Friday's episode. Fans have previously been very entertained by Tom's antics, including the revelation that he still uses a flip phone!

Tom is expected to return for future episodes, though that hasn't officially been confirmed by Channel 4 either. We'll have to wait and see if he returns alongside Anne-Marie on the sofa.

Other Celebrity Gogglebox stars lending their critical eye to UK TV include Denise van Outen and her partner Eddie Boxshall, BBC presenter Clare Balding and her wife Alice, comedian Mo Gilligan and actor Babatunde Aleshe. Celebrity Gogglebox will this evening welcome stars from Derry Girls to the TV sofa.

Derry Girls actresses Saoirse-Monica Jackson and Jamie-Lee O’Donnell will make their debut on the C4 favourite on Friday night. 

C4 has tweeted a picture of the pair smiling away as they review the latest telly. The picture suggests the girls will be snacking on crisps as they cast a critical eye over all the new shows.

Jackson, who plays Erin in the comedy, revealed that she was really excited about taking part alongside O’Donnell, who stars as Michelle.

“Gogglebox is one of my absolute favourites so to be on there with my pal and fellow Derry Girl Jamie-Lee is a bit of a thrill,” she says. “We’ve had in-depth snack discussions already so are raring to go.”

The pair will be reviewing loads of different shows in this evening’s Celebrity Gogglebox. Among the shows, they’ll be watching are First Dates, Don’t Tell the Bride, The Yorkshire Vet, Dragon’s Den, and Too Hot To Handle.

Other stars expected to be involved are Nick Grimshaw, Denise van Outen, Mo Gilligan, Shaun Ryder, Martin, and Roman Kemp, Gyles Brandreth, Maureen Lipman, Lorraine Kelly, Chris Eubank Sr, Eamonn Holmes, Melanie C, Zoe Ball, Jools Holland, and Vic Reeves.

As for Derry Girls, C4 has ordered a third series of the hugely popular comedy set in Northern Ireland. Set in the early 1990s, Derry Girls takes a warm, honest, and funny look at life in Derry during The Troubles. The first two series are available to watch in All 4. 

Talking to us just before the first series was screened, Jackson said: “I can’t wait for viewers to meet the everyday people of Derry. These are people we all know, wherever you’re from in the world,” 

It’s not been revealed yet when the third series will be screened. Celebrity Gogglebox continues on C4 at 9pm on C4 on Friday 25 June.

Celebrity Gogglebox continues on Friday 18 June, and C4 has confirmed that It's a Sin star and Years & Years musician Olly Alexander will be taking part in the series, alongside singer-songwriter MNEK.

The news was confirmed on Twitter, with the official Gogglebox account writing: "It’s like music to our ears! & are joining the #CelebrityGogglebox sofa THIS FRIDAY, 10pm"

Olly has previously appeared on Celebrity Gogglebox alongside his mum Vicki Thornton. Ahead of his first appearance, he tweeted: "Me and mum have watched a lot of TV together so it's not gonna be too much of a stretch. I hope you will enjoy watching with us! Mum says it's the craziest thing she's ever done."

Most recently, Olly was praised for his work on Russell T. Davies' drama It's a Sin, where he played the role of Richie, a young man living in London during the AIDS pandemic. He starred alongside Neil Patrick Harris, Keeley Hawes, and newcomer Callum Scott Howells in the C4 series.

There's other great guests joining the lineup this series, including comedian and The Masked Singer presenter Joel Dommett and wife Hannah Cooper, and we're expecting other names to be confirmed later on. 

Taking to Instagram, Joel shared his excitement writing: "Super excited to be on @c4gogglebox this series with @hannah_cooper_ 👩‍🦳 I can’t wait for people to watch us on tv watching people on tv. THE DREAM"

TV star Rylan Clarke-Neal has revealed that he may not do another series of Celebrity Gogglebox with his beloved mum Linda.

The hilarious duo have become a huge hit with fans over the last two series.

The pair have had viewers in stitches with their brilliant anecdotes and jokes as they settle down to watch the TV shows of the previous week.

Hilariously, Rylan's often left having to explain things to his mum that she has misunderstood on a programme... or even leaving him cringing with her cheeky sense of humour.

With Linda becoming a stand-out star on the show, fans have been begging for more screen time with both her and Rylan.

But sadly Rylan has admitted that their future on the show now looks slightly uncertain because of Linda's Crohn's disease.

Crohn's disease is a life-long condition where parts of the digestive system become inflamed.

The TV star told The Mirror: "It'll be a year away now, we were really lucky to be part of the first one and the second one.

"It'll all just depend on what we're doing and if my mum's well enough.

"We're never going to say never. We don't know what position we are going to be in eventually."

And it seems while Rylan is an expert at living there celebrity lifestyle, having become a household name thanks to his television and radio work, his mum isn't so sure about being famous.

"She's not dealing with her fame," he admitted. "She doesn't really know. She's not on social media and I'm never going to let her be.

"The odd person might stop her and say 'Hello Linda' and she go 'Hello, you alright?' But then she'll carry on walking and go 'Who was that? How do I know them?!'"

Tonight's Celebrity Gogglebox has left fans thrilled once again, with plenty of laughter and classic one liners as famous faces settled down to watch what had been on TV over the last week.

But the last episode of the hit series has left some fans wanting to sleep with the light on after showing  Stephen King horror film IT Chapter Two.

After watching the likes of Zoe Ball, Rylan Clark-Neal, Georgia Taylor, Martin and Roman Kemp and Denise van Outen settling down on the sofa to watch Antiques Roadshow, the horror film came as a bit of a shock to some viewers.

The episode started off innocently enough with the likes of Coronation Street favourite Maureen Lipman, better known to soap fans as Weatherfield's Evelyn Plummer, finding out that a sapphire ring on the Antiques Roadshow was worth £50,000.

The celebrities then went on to watch Blue Planet II, Unsolved Mysteries and even The BBC News.

From antiques to horror films...

But when Stephen King's famous evil clown came on their screens celebrities were seen diving behind their sofa cushions.

Fans weren't happy about the terrifying scenes so close to bedtime, with many taking to social media to laugh at how terrified they were...

After watching the celebrities being scared witless by a clown, there was a change in pace when they were made to sit and watch 1992 thriller, Basic Instinct.

With many of the celebrities watching with their parents or kids, it certainly made for hilarious viewing... especially Rylan and his mum, Linda, who fans are calling to be given their own show.

But it wasn't just Rylan who found the viewing cringe-worthy.

Zoe Ball was watching with her teenage son, Woody, while This Country star Daisy May Cooper was watching with her dad, Paul.

While this series of Celebrity Gogglebox might have come to an end, next week will see an entire episode devoted to the best moments seen over the last few weeks.

So fear not, there is more Rylan and Linda comedy to come... make sure you tune in on 24th July at 9pm on Channel 4.

For Gogglebox lovers, Friday nights are currently filled with the hilarious star studded version of the smash hit C4 show.

When the award winning fly-on-the-wall style reality show continued last week, a new celeb made her way onto the series.

Writer and star of BBC's hilarious mockumentary This Country, Daisy May Cooper, appeared on her sofa in her Cotswolds home alongside her dad to have her say on the week's TV offerings.

The comedian, who is currently pregnant with her second child, left Gogglebox viewers cracking up with her telly commentary, but one person couldn't help but make a cruel comment about Daisy.

The cheeky actress reacted to the criticism in the best way though, sharing a screenshot of the Tweet reading, 'Watching Celebrity Gogglebox and Daisy May Cooper looks like a TROLL.'

Posting the rude remark on her Instagram feed, Daisy uploaded a video of herself singing and dancing aptly to Trolls Just Want to Have Fun' from Trolls World Tour.

'Haters gonna hate but I'm gonna carry on Letting my hooters swing,' Daisy penned beside the hilarious video clip.

Loads of Daisy's fans quickly took to the comment section to back her up and shower her with praise.

"YOU’RE AN ACTUAL ANGEL. Not a troll," one insisted.

"Clearly didn’t see you on your wedding day. You are beautiful inside and out and you have been my lockdown inspo," added another.

"Yes get in there you crack me up. You're so real," a third chipped in, while a fourth piped up to sweetly add, "You are literally one of my favourite people 😂😂😂 LOVE THIS."

The ITV stars will be teaming up for the new series...

Celebrity Gogglebox has welcomed Susanna Reid and Judge Robert Rinder to its 2020 lineup.

The Good Morning Britain presenter and TV judge will be watching topical shows together.

They will appear on the celebrity special on 3rd July until the end of this series.

Robert confirmed the news on Twitter, writing, "Delighted to say my dear friend @susannareid100 and I will be joining the esteemed @c4gogglebox sofa dwellers later this series.

"Susanna, my flatulent dog and I can be caught passing judgement from Friday 3rd July on @channel4#celebritygogglebox"

Susanna and Robert are good friends in real life, so we're sure there'll be plenty of banter!

A TV insider told The Sun, “Gogglebox doesn’t just find real-life TV couples, like Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford, but likes to find interesting pairings.

“They also liked the mischief of splitting up one of telly’s best- known presenting duos, and putting Susanna with someone she is guaranteed to have a rapport with.”

Judge Rinder also had some thoughts, joking, "I am very grateful to Celebrity Gogglebox for ensuring Piers Morgan will only be the second most important man in my dear friend Susanna’s TV life from now on.”

So far in the series, we've seen plenty of iconic duos offering their unique insights on the world of telly.

Joe Swash and Stacey Solomon watched C4's raunchy dating show Naked Attraction together in a recent episode.

And Emilia Fox and her mum watched Jordan Peele's horror film Us, with hilarious results.

There's been a great line up this year, including Harry Redknapp and his wife Sandra.

It's not yet known exactly what Susanna and Robert will be watching, but we can't wait to find out!

Michael is perfectly happy off camera

Celebrity Gogglebox star Johnny Vegas says that his son doesn’t join him on the C4 show because he’s too shy.

The hugely popular comedian and actor explained that his 16-year-old son Michael wasn’t up for appearing on Gogglebox. So, that’s why we instead see Johnny with his pal Beverley Dixon. And Johnny admitted that it was a "shame" Michael wasn't also offering his thoughts on the latest telly.

Talking to Good Morning Britain, Johnny revealed: “He’s a 16-year-old in lockdown, he’s wired in, he’s got headphones in.

“He’s actually quite shy, I think he is going through that self-conscious stage, which is a shame.

“But all he does when we watch television together is I go, ‘Look at that, it’s ridiculous! Look at the state of that!' And he just nods.”

Johnny, 48, also quipped it felt like he was just there to make his son’s meals! “I’ve never felt more like a hotel that’s open for just one customer!”

Johnny is just one of the stars taking part in Celebrity Googlebox, which continues tonight on C4 at 9pm. Other famous faces offering their views on the telly include Denise Van Outen and her partner Eddie, Nick Grimshaw and his niece Liv. Plus Joe Swash and Stacey Solomon; and Zoe Ball and her son Woody.

Among the shows being discussed on Celebrity Googlebox tonight are Big Brother: Best Shows Ever and First Dates. They will also be looking at Countdown and BBC News. It will be interesting to see what they come up with...

Celebrity Gogglebox returns soon!

Celebrity Gogglebox is back for series two, and football legend Harry Redknapp will be joining the line up.

Starting on June 5th, celebrities will be offering their own thoughts on popular TV shows from the comfort of their own homes.

Harry will be joined by his wife Sandra for the new series, so viewers will get to see both of their opinions as they sit down in front of the TV.

Because of lockdown restrictions, the new series will be filmed by a single mounted camera and not a film crew.

They'll be joined by the likes of Love Island's Iain Stirling and Laura Whitmore, boxer Nicola Adams and partner Ella Baig, and Zoe Ball and her son Woody.

Laura Whitmore took to Instagram to confirm the exciting news on Tuesday.

She wrote, "New Gogglebox coming soon @channel4 (I’m in charge of the remote as you can see 😂)"

Other returning stars include Denise Van Outen and partner Eddie Boxshall, Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash, and Nick Grimshaw and his niece Liv.

Speaking about the return, Denise said, "Really excited to let you all know that we’re going to be back in Celebrity Gogglebox. We can’t wait to be back on the sofa and back in your living rooms. Please do tune in next Friday 5th June at 9pm on Channel 4.”

But whilst we have a confirmed line-up and date, it's not yet known exactly what the celebrities will be watching.

Despite lockdown restrictions, there's been lots going on in the world on TV.

BBC iPlayer has seen record numbers lately, and there's been plenty of headlines dominating the news.

We won't have long to wait though, as Celebrity Gogglebox series two returns next Friday!
