Louise Mitchell reveals her dark secret to mum Lisa Fowler in Monday’s episode of EastEnders (8 pm, see our TV Guide for full listings).

Louise Mitchell is in an increasingly bad way following her coldblooded revenge against Keanu Taylor at Christmas. The guilt is eating away at her and her best friend Bex Fowler has noticed something is seriously up with the new mum.

When Bex bumps into Louise’s mum Lisa Fowler, she voices her concerns. A worried Lisa vows to help her daughter. Meanwhile, Martin Fowler is concerned that Louise is about to crack over plotting Keanu’s death and he warns her brother Ben Mitchell to keep her under control. But as Lisa comforts her daughter, it becomes too much for Louise, who tells her that Keanu is dead and she’s responsible! What will Lisa do?

Mick Carter tries to cover to mum Shirley Carter over the mystery hotel booking from New Year. But she already knows that it’s down to Mick’s wife Linda Carter and urges her son to confront her.

When Linda gets home, she is taken aback when Mick tackles her about the hotel room she booked, swearing she knows nothing about it. But she’s horrified at the blanks in her memory from her drinking when the hotel confirms that she was there with a man. Will Linda finally seek help with her problem?

Billy Mitchell is worried about his ex Honey Mitchell’s eating problems. But with her unwilling to face things, he’s at a loss over how to help her. When Habiba Ahmed later mentions that it’s been six weeks since Honey’s cheating boyfriend left the Square, Honey is really shaken. It’s clear that there’s more than food anxiety on her mind as she rushes to the chemist to buy a pregnancy test!

Also, Dotty Cotton spots Leo King and takes a fancy to him but Whitney Dean’s doing her best to avoid bumping into him. Meanwhile, Ben Mitchell has a surprise visitor at the car lot, while Martin Fowler gets some surprising news.

In EastEnders, whenever a Mitchell family member takes up residence in Albert Square, you can be sure that trouble isn't far behind. In this case, we're talking about Louise Mitchell (Tilly Keeper). She's only been in Walford for a couple of weeks and she's already got herself into a loads of bother.

Since her arrival she's blackmailed Abi over her fake pregnancy, used her dad's credit card for an online shopping splurge and has caused problems for Jay and his new girlfriend Linzi, so it's no wonder her mum Lisa was glad to see the back of her!

Things get a bit more serious next week, though, when the terrible teen gets caught shoplifting in the Minute Mart!

Phil's already got enough on his plate as he receives help for his alcohol addiction and associated liver problem, so Jay offers to take Louise for her first day at the local school so Phil can go to his hospital appointment.

However, when Jay returns to the Square, he finds Phil is still at home, struggling with the withdrawal symptoms from alcohol. Jay convinces Phil to go to his appointment and even goes with him to the hospital. But when they arrive, Jay hears that Louise has been in a fight at school. He's in for a shock though when he goes to pick her up and makes a shock discovery…

Although Phil tells Jay to keep an eye on Louise, she manages to sneak off to the Minute Mart where she helps herself to a bottle of wine. But how does she plan to sneak the booze out of the shop?

Does Louise intend to hide the bottle of plonk in a rolled-up magazine? Maybe that's why she gets caught red-handed by shop assistant Denise!

Uh-oh! Louise is in big trouble. But rather than call the police, Denise decides to phone the teenager's dad, Phil. When he arrives, Denise doubts Louise will be punished and decides to call the police anyway!

So, Phil (Steve McFadden) didn’t kill his daughter Louise in his drunken rampage with a mechanical digger in EastEnders… But Ben might end up wishing he had.

Rather than turn on Phil after he crushed her in the car lot cabin, the teenager will reportedly come up with a cunning plan to ruin her half-brother Ben Mitchell’s life as payback.

Tilly Keeper, who plays Louise, told the Express: “Don’t forget Ben used to burn her with spoons. Harry [Reid, who plays Ben], and I are always looking for spoons in scenes to see if we can add them in.

“Louise is scared of Ben - he murdered someone after all - but she won’t show it. She wants to prove she's not a kid any more.”

Ah, she’s a true Mitchell.

And Ben isn’t the only person whose life she plans to ruin.

Louise has all the dirt on Abi. Will she spread it about the Square?

His lying, cheating girlfriend Abi (Lorna Fitzgerald) will also be targeted.

Abi will find herself caught up in Louise’s plan after she finds out she faked her own pregnancy and miscarriage to keep Ben from leaving her for his lover Paul Coker (Jonny Labey).

“Louise has a nose for mischief,” adds Tilly.

And that should make Phil worried, too…

His sorrow and regret over nearly killing his daughter doesn't have a sobering effect on him for very long.

He’s drinking again next week – and Louise confronts him.

“You nearly killed me last week because you were drunk,” she tells her father. “You shouldn’t be doing it.”

“Why does everyone think they can tell me what to do?” Phil says to his daughter. “You either back off or you move out of my house. Do you understand?”

Louise understands… And she’s not happy. Phil’s going to need to keep his wits about him with this girl, which means getting sober and staying sober - quick!
