Cheryl Cole is reportedly being lined up for an appearance on Dancing With The Stars. TV bosses in America are trying to woo the Girls Aloud star to show off her moves on the dancefloor with her pal Derek Hough on the US version of Strictly Come Dancing, reported the Daily Mirror. It is thought that the show's chiefs were keen to sign the singer up for the autumn series of the show but the commitment would clash with her work on The X Factor, so they are now hoping she will star as one of the celebrity dancers in the March 2011 season. "Derek danced with Cheryl on her recent tour and enjoyed a sultry ballroom dance in her Parachute video so the chemistry is certainly right," a source told the paper.
