Maddy Hill and Harry Judd are among the stars competing in Sport Relief: Clash Of The Titans

Stars from the worlds of sport and entertainment will be doing their bit for charity when Sport Relief returns next month.

Among the events that will form part of the big show on Friday 18 March will be Clash Of The Titans. Rowing legend Sir Steve Redgrave and former cricketer Andrew ‘Freddie’Flintoff will lead two teams of celebrities in a series of Olympic events at London’s Queen Elizabeth Park.

The two teams will include: EastEnders actress Maddy Hill aka Nancy Carter; super-sexy McFly drummer and Strictly champion Harry Judd; comedian and Take Me Out host Paddy McGuinness; newsreader Sophie Raworth; TV historian Dan Snow; singer and actor Will Young; TV personality and former Towie star Mark Wright; Radio 1 DJ Clara Amfo; and Outnumbered actor Hugh Dennis. And there more names to be announced.

The two teams will go head to head in track cycling, rhythmic gymnastics, synchronised swimming, wrestling and a team triathlon race across the Olympic Park.

Highlights will include Paddy McGuinness grappling with Harry Judd in the wrestling event in front of 6,000 cheering fans in the Velodrome at Lee Valley VeloPark.

And in a battle of BBC babes, broadcasters Sophie Raworth and Clara Amfo will go head to head in the cycling leg of the team triathlon.

Will Young will take centre stage in the London Aquatics Centre for the synchronised swimming event, while Maddy Hill takes to the gymnastics mat in the rhythmic gymnastics Event.

The night will kick off with the explosive Men’s Elimination race on the Velodrome track featuring Dan Snow, Hugh Dennis, Harry Judd, Mark Wright, and team captains Steve  and Freddie.
