Real Marigold Hotel, 9pm, BBC1

A glamping trip isn’t all it’s cracked up to be this week when Selina, Bob and Susan take a horse-riding trip in the mountains above Udaipur and discover the campsite is very no frills! The Krankies are equally disheartened when their sleeper train to Gujarat is as far a cry from the Orient Express as it’s possible to be. Rating: ***

Me & My Facial Disfigurement, 10pm, 5STAR

Three extraordinary women talk about living with a facial disfigurement. Yasmin, 25, has a syndrome that affects the left side of her face. Since she was seven Yasmin’s had many reconstructive surgeries and struggled with her self-confidence. Raiche, 25, was trapped in a house fire when she was a baby. She suffered burns to over 70 per cent of her body and has had more than 100 operations. Finally, university student Chloe, 22, has a port wine stain that also affects her sight in one eye. In a world obsessed with looks, it takes huge bravery to face the world when your face doesn’t look like anyone else’s. Rating: ****

Hang Ups, 10pm, C4

Richard is struggling to stand up to his sister Katherine and military-minded brother Jon, who have no intention of pulling their weight and taking care of their mum after she falls off the wagon. Richard’s clients are also posing problems, and include eccentric Martin (David Tennant) who works as a restaurant cloakroom attendant but is uncomfortable around people. Rating: ****
