Kerry Katona sacks agent Max Clifford

Kerry Katona has sacked her agent Max Clifford after he expressed concern about her drinking and questioned her relationship with her husband, Mark Croft. Max said in a statement: "She has asked that I no longer represent her. Reluctantly I have agreed and I wish her all the health and happiness. I think the world of her and wish her every success." Following Kerry's much-publicised interview on This Morning, during which she appeared drunk, Max gave an interview to Heat magazine, published on Tuesday, saying he was worried about her drinking and her relationship with husband Mark Croft. Max said: "All I can say is that from knowing Kerry as well as I do, I don't personally believe she is in a good place at the moment. "Mark is at the centre of Kerry's life and so you can't overestimate the effect he has on her life. She loves him to bits and therefore he has an impact on everything she does." Kerry, who won I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here in 2004, has hit out at This Morning presenters Phillip Schofield, 46, and Fern Britton, 51. She told OK! magazine: "They made out I was drunk. Rather than recognising the fact that I suffer from bipolar disorder and telling everyone that what they were seeing was the result of that, they said: 'So how much are you drinking in a day?' "I feel completely stitched up."
