Ade Adepitan has set his sights high as he prepares to film a new travel show.
Ade will be a big part of Channel 4's coverage of the upcoming Winter Paralympics - but although the 40-year-old will be presenting the action from a London studio rather than flying out to Sochi, he'll soon be packing his bags for a variety of destinations around the world.
The Paralympic gold medallist has just returned from Ghana, where he filmed a documentary about what happens to our unwanted second hand clothes, while he also has a new travel show in the pipeline that will see him flying off to New York and Canada next week.
"I love travel and I'd really like to be like Michael Palin," he said. "Now, through a combination of shows I am starting to live out my dream. I love meeting people from around the world. Real-life stories make the best TV. They are stories created by us."
