TV presenter Jonathan Ross faces talks with the BBC on Wednesday to discuss his return to work – and will reportedly be banned from swearing and making inappropriate jokes. Friday Night with Jonathan Ross is set for a comeback on January 23 following the star's suspension over prank phone calls to Fawlty Towers legend Andrew Sachs on the Russell Brand radio show. Insiders claim that Jonathan, 48, will be banned from making 'sexually suggestive' remarks and 'unnecessary swearing' on his Friday night show, according to a report in The Sun. A source told the newspaper: "These new rules could seriously crush his normally outrageous views as he'll be extra careful what he says. Many fear the new regime could turn him into a shadow of his former self." The famously risqué chat show with be subject to extra scrutiny by BBC executives over the 24 hours between between filming, usually on a Thursday night, and transmission the next day. The Jonathan was banned from presenting any BBC shows for three months and replaced as host of ITV's British Comedy Awards following 30,000 complaints in October.
