Chloe Madeley has been charged with drink-driving. The 22-year-old daughter of Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan was arrested after a crash in Meadway Close, Barnet, north London, in the early hours of Sunday morning. A police patrol discovered a Peugeot 206 on its roof after apparently hitting a parked Mini. No-one was at the scene. Checks with the police national computer revealed Chloe was the owner of the car and she was found at her parents' home, near Hampstead Heath. Officers arrested her and took her to a north London police station where she was breathtested and charged. Chloe, who has presented Big Brother's Big Mouth, worked as a showbusiness reporter on her parents' chat show, New Position. Chat show couple Richard and Judy ended more than two decades on television last month when they hosted their final show on satellite channel Watch. A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: "Chloe Madeley, 22, of Barnet, will appear on bail at Hendon Magistrates' Court on September 2 charged with drink-driving."
