Dannii to host ITV tribute to 20 years of Boyzone

Dannii Minogue will host a celebration of Boyzone's 20 years at the top on an ITV special in December.

After a 20-year career that's produced 18 UK Top 10 hits, six UK Number One Singles and 25 million record sales worldwide, veteran Irish 'boyband' Boyzone will perform their biggest and best-loved hits in a one-hour special for ITV, Boyzone at 20: No Matter What, to be shown in early December.

Ronan Keating, Keith Duffy, Shane Lynch and Mikey Graham will also showcase a selection of songs from their new album, BZ20, in front of a live studio audience.

Dannii Minogue, who has been a judge alongside Ronan on The X Factor Australia, said: "I'm really looking forward to being back in the UK and hosting this show for some of the loveliest guys in pop. Twenty years of Boyzone, what an incredible career. It will be a night of pop music to remember."

The spectacular will feature performances of classics such as Love Me For A Reason and Words, as well as their new single Love Will Save The Day. Plus, merging two Nineties super-bands, the Spice Girls' Melanie C will join Boyzone to perform one of the band's biggest hits, No Matter What.

There will also be archive footage charting the band's career, and exclusive interviews giving each band member the opportunity to tell their part of the Boyzone story. The band will also pay tribute to Stephen Gately, who passed away in 2009, and reflect on life without him in the band.

Boyzone's new album, BZ20, will be released on 25 November.
