Elizabeth Taylor jewellery exhibition in London - tiny, but priceless just like the late star herself

@Corbis

Christie's auction house in London played host to some of Elizabeth Taylor's stunning jewellery collection over the past weekend, before they go under the hammer, along with costumes, haute couture and art pieces, in New York in December.

Among the highlights were the pieces given to Taylor by her two-time husband Richard Burton, including a Tiffany iguana brooch, a Van Cleef and Arpels ruby and diamond ring, and the iconic white diamond engagement ring she wore almost every day. Other amazing pieces included a necklace featuring a pearl from 16th century Panama, and the Taj Mahal diamond, which was given by the Mughal Emperor Shah to his favourite wife in 1627.

Here's our short video tour of the tiny, but priceless exhibit.
