Inbetweeners star James Buckley reveals ‘series four pre-production meal’ snap!
Sadly it looks unlikely the lads will be back
There’s nothing more fans of The Inbetweeners would like than another series of the C4 hit and James Buckley joked about a possible series four.
The 30-year-old star, who played Jay, posted a picture of the cast together again as they celebrated the 10th anniversary of the iconic comedy. He said: "Inbetweeners series 4 pre production meal."
Blake Harrison, who played Neil, also posted a snap of the meal, and joked: “People always ask if the four of us are friends in real life. The truth is, No… but will put up with each other if @iainkevanmorris [the show’s co-creator] pays for dinner.”
After three series (available to watch here) and two hugely successful movies, it does look like the Inbetweeners, which was first shown in 2008, is over for good.
Simon Bird, who played Will, said on Lorraine last week: “We’re all so happy and proud of what we did with it and don’t want to spoil it by going back.”
But he added that they all get on really well, saying: “We all really bonded and we’re sort of like brothers really.”
