Sir David Jason is to reprise his role in the hit ITV1 series A Touch Of Frost, with a new 90-minute episode set to screen next year. He will star as DI Jack Frost in The Public Interest, which sees Frost trying to uncover the mystery of three naked male bodies found buried, naked, in the shape of a triangle. Actor John Lyons will also return as Frost's sidekick DS Toolan. "I'm delighted to be playing Jack Frost again," Jason said. "He's a great character and I'm very fond of him." "There is a real appetite for crime drama and A Touch Of Frost provides scope for a range of stories and characters," added ITV spokesman David Reynolds. "Viewers can expect this episode to keep them guessing, and there is a twist that will add further intrigue to the drama."
