Myleene left 'stronger' by divorce

Myleene Klass has admitted that her divorce from husband Graham Quinn has made her stronger.

In an interview with The Sun's Fabulous magazine the former Hear'Say singer turned TV presenter opened up on how she coped after splitting from Graham - who is the father of her two daughters - last summer.

The pair had been together for several years but parted ways just six months after they had tied the knot.

However Myleene said she had focused on her inner strength to help her cope.

"It's like a bereavement...it's a loss," she said.

"I've had to look at it as positively as I can. People say these things make you stronger - but it's more that I didn't realise how strong I already was.

Myleene added that she also focused on her daughters - five-year-old Ava and Hero, two - in the aftermath of the split.

"Sitting there wallowing and feeling sorry for yourself doesn't help anyone," she said. "I've learned to be like water, finding the cracks that lead to the river."

The star's most recent TV appearance came last week when she performed a song from Bombay Dreams on ITV's celebration of Andrew LLoyd Webber's career.
