Rapper Professor Green will co-host a new entertainment show with Mel B on Channel 5.
The star, real name Stephen Manderson, will front the UK version of the hit US show Lip Sync Battle alongside the former Spice Girl in January.

Lip Sync Battle UK will feature two celebrities going head-to-head in routines where they mime to hit songs, complete with dance moves, facial expressions and costumes.
Professor Green said: “When the chance to work with Mel B came up the answer was obviously a yes. I’m working with a f***ing Spice Girl.
“The fact I’d be her co-host on Lip Sync Battle was also exciting. Jokes aside I’m very excited about filming the first series – having spent a good while on YouTube watching the US show I’m looking forward to seeing what our guests bring to the table.”

Steve Regan, Channel 5's commissioning editor for entertainment, said: “We couldn’t be more excited to announce Pro Green as Mel’s co-host, they’re a match made in Lip Sync Heaven. Take Mel B’s edgy attitude and Professor Green’s urban cool, throw in incredible performances from well known faces and we’re expecting fireworks.”
The original US series is hosted by LL Cool J and Chrissy Teigen and has featured an array of A-list musical contestants.
