Gogglebox star Scarlett Moffat was the big success story on Channel 4's Celebrity First Dates even though she didn't find any romance

This week’s Celebrity First Dates had a host of stars hoping to find love, but one in particular stole the show.

Jo Wood, ex-wife of Ronnie Wood from the Rolling Stones, Sam Preston of Ordinary Boys and Big Brother fame and Ashleigh Butler (without partner Pudsey) were all hoping to find ‘the one’.

However Scarlett Moffatt shone brightest, as she is used to doing on Gogglebox, with her hilarious one-liners and general loveliness.

Her famous one-liners were out in force

She confessed to mistaking Uncle Ben (from the rice packets) for Nelson Mandela

She showed off her ballroom dancing skills

She was British ballroom champion at the age of 16, who knew?! She explained to her date that this is why she was a pioneer of fake tan.

She proved how like us she is by calling a friend in the loos to talk about her date

He wasn’t quite to her taste. “He doesn’t ask any questions!” she told her friend.

She was brave enough to tell her date why she didn’t want to see him again

Never mind everyone, it looks like she’s found love anyway, without the help of a TV show!
