TV football presenters Alan Shearer and Adrian Chiles have arrived in Birmingham, despite a chafing issue, on the second day of their gruelling Sport Relief cycle ride. The pair stopped off for a bacon sandwich at West Bromwich Albion's Hawthorns stadium - after getting just three hours sleep. Alan and Adrian are in the middle of a 335-miles-in-36 hours bike trip in aid of the charity Sport Relief. Their journey began in Newcastle on Thursday and will finish on Friday night at BBC Television Centre in London. Alan said they were both feeling tired but would push on to reach London in time for the Sport Relief live show. He said: "It's going really well. I am absolutely cream-crackered. "We are not smiling at the moment, but I think we will finish it. We have to carry on, we have no choice. Considering we only had three hours sleep, we're doing OK." Speaking on BBC West Midlands, Adrian, who is a huge West Brom fan, sounded upbeat, despite tumbling off his bike just before arriving at the stadium. He joked: "I had a very, very serious chafing issue just outside of York. We had to stop our convoy so I could get something on it." The pair are now on their way to London.
