Stars channel their inner superheroes for Children In Need

Strictly Come Dancing’s Ola Jordan and former Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts have turned superhero to show their support for Children In Need.

The pair were joined by Big Brother host Rylan Clark, I’m A Celebrity contestant Jake Quickenden and former Sugababe Heidi Range as they donned Lycra suits and adopted their best poses to promote a new fundraising badge.

The famous faces created their own comic-book covers and called on members of the public to Be A Hero and back Pudsey Bear and co by buying one of the badges.

Professional dancer Ola, 33, who exited Strictly at the weekend with her partner Iwan Thomas, showed off her best Wonder Woman impression in a purple and grey catsuit, with crown and cuffs.

Singer and dancer Ashley, 34, opted for a grey and green number with silver boots, while Rylan couldn’t resist a cape.

Rylan said: “If I could have any superpower I’d be a shape-shifter. Imagine! I could be Pudsey one day, then shift into something really boring so I could go to the shops without being noticed.”

Ashley said: “My superpower would be to teleport, so I could have time to see the fam and time to save the world. Pretty awesome, huh?”

Reflecting on the shoot, Ola said: “I had a great time finding my inner hero for the Post Office, especially as it’s for such a good cause. All of us at Strictly are huge supporters of the charity, and I’ll be wearing my badge with pride for everyone to see!”
