Prepare to feel old: little Ben from Friends has grown into a strapping young man of 23.
The son of Ross Geller (David Schwimmer) was played by Cole Sprouse, who has an identical twin Dylan – and the two have really changed over the years.
Cole starred as Ben, Ross’s son from his first marriage to Carol Willick – who raised him with her lesbian partner, Susan.

The solo credit for Cole was unusual – as he and his brother Dylan spent their childhood acting together, sharing a role in Big Daddy alongside Adam Sandler when they were just seven and starring as twins in The Suite Life Of Zack & Cody.
