Ordeal by Innocence, 9pm, BBC1

Well, the Argylls have proved themselves to be a pretty dodgy bunch indeed, haven’t they? Now, as the superb Agatha Christie thriller comes to a devastating conclusion, a worn-down Leo rightly says, ‘Everything is coming home to roost’, and all of the family’s (very iffy!) secrets are spilling out of their closets like there’s no tomorrow. But as poor Calgary reflects on the can of worms he has opened up for them all, he finds himself in danger… When the truth at last comes to light about Rachel’scomplex relationships with each member of her household and the events that led up to her murder, some shocking new potential motives are unveiled. But who is the real killer? Rating: *****

The Durrells, 8pm, ITV

Louisa and clan are back for a third series of the sunny drama

Louisa’s gripped by the green-eyed monster tonight as Spiro announces he’s busy driving a new family around the island. The Italian visitors have a beautiful villa, stylish clothes and lots of charm and Spiro has taken a real shine to them. A disgruntled Louisa resolves to learn more about her rivals and drags her children with her to befriend them. But as soon as the two families meet she realises there’s something very wrong with her new neighbours… Can she work out the real reason they’ve come to Corfu? Meanwhile, Larry and Leslie decide to volunteer for the local fire service, with disastrous results, and Gerry develops a crush on a teenage girl who shares his love of animals. Rating: *****

Antiques Roadshow, 8pm, BBC1

There’s usually a ‘well I never’ moment on Antiques Roadshow but tonight’s is one of the standouts in a series that stretches back to the late 1970s. It comes in the shape of a pear blossom sculpture, made of gold, diamond and jade, which turns up when the team visit the Black Country Living Museum in Dudley. Could it be Fabergé? ‘My pulse was racing at the sight of it,’ says jewellery expert Geoffrey Munn. Rating: ****
