TV host Vernon Kay has revealed how cutting off his long hair 'rejuvenated things' with his wife Tess Daly. Talking to Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes on This Morning, the presenter admitted that getting his locks chopped off has had surprising results. Vernon - who is preparing to front a new series of All Star Family Fortunes - said: "I sat in the chair and I thought 'You know what go for it'. I said 'Go for it quickly before I change my mind.' There was a massive mound of hair on the floor and Tess was like 'I can't look'. "And then she was speechless. It took her about five or 10 minutes to come round to it and then she loved it." He then told Eamonn: "I think it's rejuvenated various things." And when Eamonn joked: "Well Sampson, he cut his off and it was end of him and Delilah," Vernon replied: "Oh, it's not the end trust me Eamonn." The 33-year-old also added that he and Tess will find time to have another baby - despite the fact they are both so busy with work. Tess is currently co-hosting BBC1's Strictly Come Dancing with Bruce Forsyth. "I did hear Tess saying that she'd quite like to have another baby but I'd be surprised if you had time to make one when you're both working so hard," said Ruth. "Ruth, we'll always find time," he replied. The couple already have a three-year-old daughter, Phoebe.
