Vic Reeves is to take a guest role as a butler who gets bumped off in a new Miss Marple TV drama. The funnyman, who is credited under his real name of Jim Moir, is among the stars who have been cast in Greenshaw's Folly, one of three new Marples being made by ITV. Also in the story - to be shown next year - is former Busted musician and I'm A Celebrity winner Matt Willis as well as Gregory's Girl star John Gordon Sinclair. The film will once again feature Julia McKenzie as the amateur sleuth created by Agatha Christie. Moir - known for his madcap shows such as Shooting Stars and The Smell Of Reeves And Mortimer - has recently been seen acting in BBC comedy Hebburn. His co-star Kimberley Nixon will also star in the detective drama. Robert Glenister, Julia Sawalha and Judy Parfitt are among the other stars who will feature. The film, being shot in Hertfordshire, is based on Christie's short stories Greenshaw's Folly and The Thumb Mark Of St Peter.
