Welsh hunk Ioan marries English actress Alice

Welsh actor Ioan Gruffudd has married British actress Alice Evans. They married in Mexico on Friday night, at the fashionable Palmilla Hotel in Los Cabos, his agent confirmed to People. "It was an intimate gathering. Friends and family travelled all over the world for it," a guest told the magazine. The bride and groom wore custom designs by Giorgio Armani. Ioan, 33, opted for a midnight blue suit of blue crepe while his 36-year-old bride walked down the aisle in an antique white strapless gown made of cascading tiers of organza. The couple first met on the set of 2000's 102 Dalmations, and refused to release any details about their long-term relationship and engagement. But at the MTV Movie Awards in June a proud Ioan was eager to discuss the upcoming nuptials. He told People: "I am heavily involved. Both Alice and I are doing it ourselves. We did the invitations, which was enough of a burden, and now of course everybody's saying they want to come - so we're over by about 20 people, but we'll work it out."
