The Duchess of Cambridge just met One Direction. It’d be enough to break the internet if Kim Kardashian hadn’t already broken it.

Kate, who is about halfway through her second pregnancy, met Harry Styles and co at the Royal Variety Performance, which took place on Thursday night at the London Palladium in support of the Entertainment Artistes’ Benevolent Fund.
Will was there too, so he also got to say hello to Harry.

“I said congratulations on the bump,” Harry said, though he added that Kate 'didn’t look bumpy'.
One Direction bandmate Liam Payne added: “It’s the most nervous I think I’ve ever been in my life.”

The band performed along with Bette Midler, Ed Sheeran and the couple’s wedding singer, Ellie Goulding. Simply Red, whose frontman Mick Hucknall was one of the favourite artists of William’s late mother Diana, Princess of Wales, was also due to perform.
