THIS COMPETITION IS NOW CLOSED AND OUR WINNERS HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED
Out on Blu-ray for the very first time comes the two big-screen 1960s adventures for Gerry Anderson’s cult TV show, Thunderbirds, and we have three of each to give away. In the futuristic Thunderbirds Are Go! (1966), a mission to Mars hit trouble, prompting International Rescue to save the day. For their cinema debut, Gerry Anderson’s puppets got a revamp, while the series’ famed Thunderbird machines were all rebuilt with greater attention to detail. Watch out for a cameo from Cliff Richard (and The Shadows), while Bob Monkhouse appears as Space Navigator Brad Newman. The 1968 sequel, Thunderbird 6, focuses on Skyship One, a state-of-the-art airship designed by Brains which falls into the hands of the dreaded Hood, forcing IR to use a battered old Tiger Moth plane to take down the baddies. Both releases come with a bounty of extra features including Gerry Anderson’s Countdown to Thunderbirds, and all-new 2015 production interview and facts), plus behind-the-scenes featurettes, galleries and trailers. To celebrate the release of the Blu-ray, we have three copies of each to give away, courtesy of Fabulous Films. To be in with a chance, just email us at movietalk@timeinc.com with your details and tell us what you think of the new ITV reboot by leaving a comment here or on our Facebook page. Does it measure up to Gerry Anderson’s original? Please include THUNDERBIRDS FOREVER in the subject line. We will pick three winners at random after the closing date. Competition closes 12noon Friday 7 August 2015. Terms and Conditions apply
