Sophie Powles could have filmed her final scenes in Emmerdale!
According to The Sun, Sophie, who returned to the ITV soap as Holly Barton in March this year, is quitting the ITV soap.
A show source said: “Sophie has enjoyed returning as Holly but she never saw coming back as a full-time thing. So she’s back off into the real world again.
“She’s already filmed her final scenes which are being kept under wraps. Her leaving the show is seen as one of the big storylines of the next few months.”
Sophie left the soap in 2012 after three years in her role.
In recent months viewers have seen her troubled character become addicted to heroin once again.
The news comes after Dales legend Kelvin Fletcher left the soap after playing Andy Sugden for 20 years.
If this is the end for Holly, will it be a permanent one, or will the door be left open?
