Can Dup handle Danny's departure?

With the news that Danny’s set to leave weighing on everyone’s minds, it seems as though the animals at Leopard’s Den are just as reluctant to let him go back to England. The family awakes to find frogs everywhere, the giraffe reuses to move from the front gate and the cheetah is off his food – all signs, Fatani says, that they don’t want Danny to go. Meanwhile, Dup isn’t taking the news well, either. However, he tells Caroline that in order to not make the situation worse, he’ll keep his true feelings from Danny. Dup then discovers that Ed is making plans to merge Mara and Leopard’s Den with the National Park – all without telling anyone else. Plus, it’s then revealed that Fiona has her own plans – to open a research facility for farm animals. Ed’s completely taken aback by her idea, and Danny finds out, he decides he can’t leave, as he fears Ed and Fiona will destroy Leopard’s Den in his absence. But then Dup persuades Danny that he should leave, knowing it’s for the best for him to be with his family.
