After turning down the Doctor's offer to go time-travelling, runaway bride Donna Noble is back - and she's determined to track down the Time Lord when an alien emergency occurs in modern-day London. With the Doctor already on the case, he lets Donna come along for the ride, and the pair are soon faced with the villianous Miss Foster, head of Adipose Industries, a company offering a miracle diet.
