He might have been chosen for more bushtucker trials than any other contestant this series - but Joey Essex still stepped up to the plate admirably when faced with this year's live challenge.
The TOWIE star was chosen by the viewers to take part in the Critters Got Talent trial, which was aired as it happened on Sunday evening's show.
And as a result viewers saw him flinch and cringe his way through a series of talent-show related trials, including having to sing karaoke while wearing a helmet full of bugs, play a piano covered in green ants and escape from a box full of crabs.
However the highlight of the task came when he was made to perform dance routines for Fresh Prince star Alfonso Ribeiro to guess - while being pelted with different coloured gunge.
Despite appearing rather bedragged by the end of the trial, Joey's efforts won 10 stars - meaning 10 meals for camp.
Earlier on Sunday's show the the 23-year-old was seen taking on a task in which he had to crawl through a critter-filled pitch black cavern collecting stars.
Although he called the trial the 'hardest, scariest and stinkiest of them all' he still succeeded in winning eight stars, the equivalent of eight meals.
