Car Share star Sian Gibson is co-starring with Catherine Tate in new one-off GOLD comedy Do Not Disturb and we caught up with her to chat about her first big role post Car Share, the new National TV Awards winner for Best Comedy.
Gibson plays Sheila, the manager of a boutique hotel who struggles to cope when a rowing couple and a stag party cause chaos one weekend and after working in a hotel during her youth, Sian took to the role like a duck to water.
"I used to be a waitress in a hotel and I was really rubbish," she told What's on TV. "So I could relate to how bad Sheila is at dealing with things!"
After working with close friend Peter Kay on hit comedy Car Share, Sian was also delighted to work with another comedy great in Do Not Disturb.
"I'm a massive fan of Catherine Tate - although I didn't tell her that!" she explained. "She's an inspiration to women in comedy. I was in one scene with her and I was so excited to work with her because she's amazing. It was great to see how she works and to watch her!"

Do Not Disturb is on Gold at 10pm on Wednesday, January 27
