http://youtube.com/v/VrnezHLLHdU This American Catholic high school movie has a plot based on this jerk theory, but it doesn’t explore it with any depth. To me, it seems to be more focused on parading star Josh Henderson’s musical abilities and co-star Jenna Dewan’s nice legs than anything else. I also found the film’s fast-paced, playfully edited style rather offputting (yeah, I know, that’s probably my age speaking).

For some it may offer much food for thought on the jerk theory, but I lost interest within the first half hour, as it gave me nothing much to ponder on. So, I’m going to stick to discussing the jerk theory with friends.

The Jerk Theory is showing on Sky Movies Premiere today at 4.40pm.
