Harry Hill fans are in for a treat

Harry Hill is making a new BBC sitcom pilot with Absolutely Fabulous actress Jennifer Saunders playing his mother.

The 53-year-old comedian is shooting an episode of the comedy next month at the legendary Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire.

The pilot, which will presumably be turned into a full TV series if it proves popular, is being billed as a “not to be missed” sitcom.

Harry Hill fans can apparently “expect the unexpected” in a “brilliantly mad story” straight from Harry’s mind.

Currently titled the Harry Hill sitcom, it promises to feature an all-star cast. So expect more big names to come.

Harry has also shown off his acting talents in The Incredible Adventures of Professor Branestawm and Professor Branestawm Returns.

The BBC comedy team has been busy recently with a string of new comedies being revealed last week, including one from the team behind Horrible Histories.
