Former X Factor finalist Jahmene Douglas has gone straight to number one in the album charts with his debut release Love Never Fails.
The soul singer, who finished second to James Arthur in the 2012 series of the show, knocked Robin Thicke's album Blurred Lines off the top spot after a single week on top.
The album features a collection of covers including Jahmene's versions of Coldplay hit Fix You, David Guetta's Titanium and Emeli Sande's Next To Me.
His version of The Greatest Love Of All - which sees him duet with his X Factor mentor Nicole Scherzinger - is also included.
While Jahmene dominated the album charts it wasn't such good news for One Direction in the singles chart.
The band - who also found fame after being formed on the show in 2010 - missed out on a number one single with their new track Best Song Ever.
The song, which features in their forthcoming 3D documentary This Is Us, was denied the top spot by Swedish DJ Avicii, who spend a second week at number one with Wake Me Up.
