Lisa Snowdon: 'TLC is jaw-dropping TV' (VIDEO)

Lisa Snowdon says her new style makeover show has a cheeky twist - the bloke gets to choose his partner's entire new wardrobe.

Your Style in His Hands is a key launch programme for the new UK channel TLC and Lisa promises the programme - and other TLC shows - will be 'jaw-dropping' TV.

Lisa told whatsontv.co.uk at the TLC launch in London: "The main person I work with day to day is the fella, so basically we're going to revamp his partner's wardrobe, whether it's his wife, his girlfriend, somebody that he loves and they've been together a while and it's usually the woman who's been stuck in a bit of a style rut...

"He gets to get rid of her wardrobe and replace it, but he gets £5000 to do it with... There's a bit of jeopardy, the women are nervous because they have to give up control, but ultimately it's amazing because it's about bringing that spark back into their relationship."

Lisa is also curating the launch night of TLC (Sky 125, Virgin 167, BT 875, YouView on TalkTalk Player) on Tuesday, April 30.
