New faces to appear in series four of Mount Pleasant

Comedy drama Mount Pleasant is to return for a fourth series later this year on Sky Living HD, with the lives of the Johnsons - Sally Lindsay and Daniel Ryan - turned upside down by the arrival of their first baby.

Paula Wilcox, Bobby Ball and George Sampson return to their roles in the show, set in a suburban Manchester cul de sac, while joining the cast are Daniel Ings (Psychoville, The Cafe) who will play Robbie, Dan’s wayward younger brother, and Naomi Bentley (Primeval, White Van Man) as Angie, Fergus and Lisa’s new PA.

It's promised that secrets come to the surface when the past of Bradley (Nigel Harman) catches up with him and he’s forced to make a trip to 'take care of business'. With handsome Greg (Adrian Bower) secretly employed by Bradley as a ‘minder’ for Tanya (Samantha Womack) and Ella (Nicola Millbank), what could possibly go wrong?

Meanwhile, Fergus struggles as Denise’s modelling career goes from strength to strength, and Roger and Bianca become unlikely housemates.

“With its rich mix of colourful characters and great storylines, the show is a big hit with our customers," says Sky Living director, Antonia Hurford-Jones. "This series promises to be better than ever."
