Sunetra Sastry granted quickie divorce due to Rowan Atkinson's 'unreasonable behaviour'
Rowan Atkinson’s wife has been granted a divorce on the grounds of his 'unreasonable behaviour'.
The Mr Bean and Blackadder star was not present at the brief proceedings in central London.
Estranged wife Sunetra Sastry was granted a decree nisi against the 60-year-old by a district judge at the Central Family Court.

Divorce papers made public today did not give any details relating to the unreasonable behaviour grounds.
The County Durham-born actor and his make-up artist wife married in 1990 and are reported to have split last year.

They have two grown-up children – daughter Lily and son Benjamin.
Rowan is now dating 32-year-old comedienne Louise Ford who he starred alongside in the West End run of comedy Quartermaine’s Terms in 2013.
Rowan has recently started filming new ITV drama Maigret, playing the famous fictional French detective. Filming for the first two-hour drama, Maigret Sets A Trap, began in Budapest in September.
He also celebrated the 20-year anniversary of his famous character Mr Bean in September with a trip to Buckingham Palace in his iconic lime green Mini.
