Well wishes for magician Paul Daniels have been pouring in today, following the tragic announcement he's terminally ill. Leading the messages of support and goodwill has been BBC broadcaster Tony Blackburn.

In a message posted on Twitter, the radio DJ said the 77-year-old is “a lovely and talented man”.
LBC radio presenter Steve Allen, a fellow Magic Circle member, also took to social media, calling it “sad news”.
A statement from Paul’s publicist detailed his condition and thanked well-wishers for their support.
