It’s the women’s second week sharing their luxury Naxos villa and they seem to have settled into the Greek way of life with some of them even trying to learn the language. But although they are apparently getting along well, there is some discord as Nancy Dell’Olio struggles to fit in with the rest of the group. A timely date arranged by the matchmaker takes her out of the villa and off to Athens. Aggie MacKenzie faces her paralysing fear of water by having swimming lessons – in the sea – while Lizzie Cundy reveals how her life as a footballer’s wife left her unfulfilled as she shares her dream of running her own restaurant. The return of the enjoyably dark comedy about slacker Daniel (Rupert Grint), who was misdiagnosed with cancer by dodgy Dr Glennis (Nick Frost). Since everyone was so nice after they heard about his illness, Daniel decided not to reveal the truth about his health – or what happened to best friend Ash, who was sleeping with his girlfriend. As the show returns, Daniel receives a visit from creepy online gaming friend “Will_5000’ (Dustin Demri-Burns), who sports a Phantom of the Opera-style mask because, he says, of a childhood disfigurement. And following a bizarre accident at the healthcare firm where Daniel works, a new boss – played by Lindsay Lohan – arrives. Rating: ***
Inventing the Impossible 8pm / BBC2
Kyle has always dreamt of being a hairdresser, but having been born without a fully formed left hand he can’t complete the course at the hairdressing academy. Step in engineer extraordinaire Jude Pullen, who works around the clock to design and build Kyle a bespoke tool box with 10 different devices that each attach to his hand via a tailor-made socket. Also featured in this new series of the cutting-edge design programme are a disabled snowboarder who hopes to get back on the slopes thanks to a life-changing board, and a young man allergic to sunlight who’s putting his faith in a revolutionary silicone mask. It’s inspirational – and moving – stuff. Rating: *****
