Big Brother: Hira is out!

Hira Habibshah has become the ninth person to be evicted from Big Brother, in an evening which saw all the housemates face the public vote. The 25-year-old, from Pakistan, lost out due to the nature of this week's eviction, which saw the public voting for the housemate they wanted to save rather than the one they wanted to boot out. She received just 5.65 per cent of the vote. Davina initially revealed the housemates who had been saved by the public vote, leaving just Lisa and Hira, who looked shocked at the prospect of eviction. She burst into tears as the news was announced. "It's me, it's me," she cried, as the others rushed to console her. "Don't worry," Lisa told her. Hira was one of the newer arrivals in the house, joining just three weeks ago along with David, Bea, Tom and Kenneth. Of the newcomers just Bea and David now remain in the house after both Tom and Kenneth walked out. All ten of the remaining housemates faced the public vote this week as a punishment for Siavash refusing to nominate.
