Big Brother: Josie gets pass to final!

Big Brother 2010 housemate Josie has won a guaranteed pass to this year's final, after being chosen by the others to receive the honour. The 25-year-old was picked after Jo had become the eighth person to be evicted from the house on Friday night, with Davina appearing on a screen in front of the housemates to inform them that the series would be ending in eleven days time on August 24. And despite some disbelief from the housemates, they were then told they had one minute to choose one of them to receive an automatic pass to the final. While there were a few votes for Mario, Corin and JJ, most of the housemates opted for Josie - although she protested. "Oh no guys, someone else have it," she said. Sam agreed with her, saying that Josie would be in the final regardless but then changed his mind. "If you voted for Josie and she doesn't end up there, you'll just feel bad. So give it to Josie." As the news sank in, Davina also revealed to the stunned housemates that the winner would be taking part in Ultimate Big Brother from August 24 - with some of the best-loved former housemates returning to take part. Josie is now immune from any further evictions before the final on August 24, although all eight remaining housemates will now face next week's public vote.
