TV’s rowdiest sports quiz returns, with TV’s loudest host, James Corden, in the chair. Old hands will know that this actually isn't so much a quiz as a series of schoolboy pranks held together by lots of playground banter.

Tonight, Roisin Conaty is the token female but gives as good as she gets from the line-up of very blokey blokes – Freddie Flintoff, boxer Anthony Joshua, Jamie Redknapp and comedian Rob Beckett – plus Jack Whitehall, who plays up to his image as the class weed.

Until, that is, he decides to show what he's made of and headbutts a watermelon. Which is spectacular, funny and very messy.
