On the eve of what would have been David Bowie's 70th birthday comes this moving follow-up to 2013's acclaimed Five Years documentary (showing again on Friday on BBC4, 11.00pm).

This time it's all about the flurry of creativity that defined Bowie's final years, including albums The Next Day and Blackstar – the latter released just two days before his death in 2016 – and the baffling, beautiful stage musical Lazarus, a sequel of sorts to The Man Who Fell to Earth (showing straight after this on BBC2).
