Denise Fox gets a big confidence boost

Denise Fox is nervous at her first GCSE class but some support from the tutor doesn’t go amiss...

Denise is off to her first English Literature GCSE class and she’s feeling nervous. Fortunately, she’s soon given a boost of confidence by the tutor. Back in the Square, Denise invites her tutor for a drink. When she finds a drunk Carmel, however, Denise has to ditch her date to look after her. The pair have a heart-to-heart and Denise makes a shock confession – she’s going to put her baby up for adoption.

Ben and Phil talk to the consultant about Ben becoming a possible donor. When the doctor explains the risks, Phil doesn’t want to hear it and storms out. Despite the dangers, Ben is still determined to go through with it. After a heart-to-heart with his dad, Ben is relieved when Phil agrees to let him go through with the op.

Sonia takes Bex for a pamper session at Elysium to break the news to her that she’s moving away from the Square. When Belinda’s prompted to help out as Sonia struggles to start the conversation, things deteriorate. Bex is furious with her mum for leaving!

Also, Mick wants to take Linda’s mind off Ollie. He reaches out to Sharon, asking her to help rally people for the darts match.
