Denise sets up Carmel and Masood!

Can Carmel persuade Masood to stay in the Square and make things work between them?

Carmel is concerned about Denise when she locks herself away. Knowing Denise is struggling with her pregnancy, she encourages her friend to consider all her options. Not wanting to discuss it, Denise changes the conversation, asking Carmel about her and Masood. After Denise sets the pair up on a romantic dinner date, Masood confesses to Carmel he’s having second thought about going travelling. Carmel points out that they can still make a go of things. Will Masood agree?

Sonia is increasingly frustrated with being left to care for Sylvie. When Dot encourages Sonia to put herself and Bex first, Sonia has food for thought. Heading to the Beales’, Sonia asks Ian if Bex can have a day off work. When Ian is snappy, Sonia is upset. Jane confides in Sonia that her and Ian have been having a few relationship problems. Carmel gets stuck into her market inspector role, having a go at Buster for breaking the rules of the market. Meanwhile, Lee is still terrified that he’ll be a terrible dad. When he discovers Whitney is equally as worried about her parenting abilities, Lee feels more positive.

Also, Ben tells Phil he’s going forward with the liver transplant.
