Ben Mitchell helps Sharon Mitchell with her Mel problem, Honey Mitchell has a surprise confrontation and the Panesars return to the Square.

Mel Owen talks to Ruby Allen about selling her the club in Tuesday’s episode of EastEnders (7.30 pm, see our TV Guide for full listings). Ruby pays club owner Sharon Mitchell a visit to discuss the deal and is confused when Sharon disputes the agreed price.

A frustrated Sharon confesses to step son Ben Mitchell that Mel is forcing her to sell up and there’s nothing she can do about it. A smug Ben shares a secret with Sharon that will change everything. Can he help her get one over on blackmailer Mel?

Desperate not to lose Adam, Honey plays dumb and insists that Adam is innocent, accusing Mariam of trying to split them up. Honey is surprised, however, by Mariam’s response…

Ben finds out that the Panesar brothers have turned up on the Square and he heads out to find them, grimly planning to insist he won’t put up with any trouble from them. Ben is surprised, however, when Kheerat Panesar reveals that they’re not interested in Ben, as they have other matters to attend to in Walford. Later, Jags Panesar is surprised when he sees a familiar face. What are the Panesar brothers’ links to the Square?

Also, Lisa Fowler encourages her friend Mel Owen to see a grief counsellor to help her deal with her son Hunter Owen’s death. Mel agrees to get Lisa off her back but has no intention of going.
