Mel Owen is determined in EastEnders to get revenge on the Mitchells after being left with nothing following her son Hunter Owen’s death.
After her bombshell discovery about Sharon Mitchell, she gets best mate Lisa Fowler on board. She asks Lisa to help her borrow Keanu Taylor’s phone so she can set a trap for Sharon.
With Sharon quickly catching on that Mel knows the truth about her pregnancy, she warns Mel to keep her mouth shut. But when she finds out that Mel has the letter with the paternity test results she realises she’s in big trouble.
Sharon begs Mel to keep her secret but Mel has blackmail in mind. She tells Sharon that she has just one day to convince Lisa’s daughter Louise Mitchell to leave the Mitchell house and move back in with her.
Tiffany Butcher wants some alone time with Keegan Baker on his birthday but she can’t get him away from his family. The Taylor family celebrate Keegan’s big day and brother-in-law Gray Atkins suggests taking the party back to his house.
When Keegan’s dad Mitch Baker finds out that Gray has splashed the cash and bought Keegan a laptop, he feels put out. At the party, Keegan has a run in with Louise after she’s nasty about Tiff. When Tiffany finally gets Keegan on his own she explains that she has something to tell him. What is she about to say?
A pregnant Louise is disgusted that her half brother Ben Mitchell has got his feet firmly under the table again in the Mitchell house. She is furious that dad Phil Mitchell has asked Ben to get involved in a job for him, considering Ben tried to set up her baby daddy Keanu Taylor for assault. Frustrated with Ben’s attitude, Louise puts him well and truly in his place!
