New Doctor Who star Jodie Whittaker shines in this drama as whistle-blowing nurse Cath Hardacre, who's stolen her best mate's identity so she can masquerade as a senior A&E doctor by the name of Ali Sutton.

After the dramatic events of last week, the penultimate episode of the series cranks the tension up several notches as Cath/Ali's old and new lives really start to collide.

We've been sworn to secrecy as to what's in store, but we can promise that there’s a wonderful mix of nail-biting moments, high drama and – naturally – plenty of revelations. Will Cath's past finally catch up with her?

With beautifully underplayed performances and a cracking script, we reckon this is the best episode so far.
