Declan Donnelly is engaged to his talent manager

Declan Donnelly is finally ready to settle down after popping the question in Australia.

The Daily Mirror says that the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! host, 39, asked his TV manager girlfriend of a year-and-a-half, Ali Astall, to marry him.

The couple, who already live together, are both in Australia while Dec – one half of Ant and Dec – presents the jungle show.

They're reportedly planning to marry next summer.

Dec was previously said to be seeing I’m a Celeb… contestant Ashley Roberts, and was also in a relationship with Sky Sports presenter Georgie Thompson.

He has said of Ali, who has been his talent manager for a decade: “I think we’ve always been attracted to each other, but it has always been that thing of 'we work together'."

He added: “This is the first time we’ve given it a try. We always hung out. When she was single and I was single we’d go out for dinner on Valentine’s night together because we didn’t have partners.

“This year we went out as couple.”
