Alan Carr's Singer Takes It All is axed by Channel 4
Alan Carr’s TV show The Singer Takes It All – in which he searched for the next singing star – has reportedly been axed after just one series.
The Chatty Man host presented the Channel 4 talent programme, which saw viewers vote in real time for their favourite contestants through a dedicated app, but the concept has not been awarded a second run, according to Broadcast.
It ran for four episodes last summer, drawing in 1.1m viewers, but ending with just 806,000 for the final episode.

During each episode, contestants had to try to make it to a Gold Zone and could win £15,000 if they stayed there the longest, with Steve Dorsett earning £42,600 after winning three of the four shows.
