Anthea Turner, Ritchie Neville miss out on The Jump final

The final of Channel 4's The Jump will be an all-male affair after last woman standing Anthea Turner exited the show on Sunday night.

The TV presenter missed out on a spot in Monday's final after both she and 5ive singer Ritchie Neville were beaten by Donal McIntyre in the jump-off and subsequently eliminated from the competition.

Sunday's show saw the trio facing the ski-jump challenge after posting the lowest scores in the slalom - which along with speed-skiing was one of the semi-final's featured events.

The event saw winners Joe McElderry, Sir Steve Redgrave and Marcus Brigstocke automatically book their places in the final - with the fourth place up for grabs.

But while Donal jumped an impressive 15.5m - and Ritchie jumped 16m, Anthea could only manage 14m, putting her out of the competition.

Ritchie and Donal then jumped again for the place in the final - with Donal landing at the 17.5m mark, the longest jump of the series so far.

However it all went wrong for Ritchie after he took off awkwardly and leaned too far back on his skis, crashing to the ground instead of landing properly - and subsequently being disqualified.

Afterwards the singer thanked the viewers for their support and told Davina McCall: "I've had an amazing time. I said i'm going to come here and give it 100%, and that's exactly what I did."

The four remaining competitors will compete for the series title on Monday night's instalment of The Jump, which kicks off on Channel 4 at 9pm.
